A Fresh Start Behavioral Health Services, PLLC is an agency that provides therapy and counseling services for children and adults. We have offices located in Greenville and New Bern, NC. We are currently looking to fill a Front Desk/Receptionist position in our Greenville, NC office. We are professional, agile, client-centric and our goal is to provide a professional and therapeutic environment where our clients feel safe to discuss their mental, emotional and behavioral needs with their therapists. Responsibilities: - Greet and check clients in for their appointment in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers - Schedule appointments and maintain multiple therapist calendars - Perform general clerical duties, including copying, scanning, faxing, mailing, and filing - Assist in the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations - Proofread documents for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors -Ensure deadlines are met for documents that need to be returned outside the office - Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed - Assist with data entry and data management in various systems - Provide administrative support to team members as needed Skills: - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document preparation - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information - Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant is required This is currently a full-time position with office hours of Monday thru Thursday; 9am to 5pm and Friday 9am-1pm. Candidates need to be available for the office hours they are scheduled to work.
