Front-of-the-House Team Members will engage with restaurant patrons in every facet of the business interaction, working diligently to ensure that all guests enjoy a first-class experience. Whether the team member is interacting with a customer in person or over the phone, they must embrace their role as front line representative of the organization. A positive, enthusiastic attitude is a must, as is a desire to see the restaurant grow into a desired destination and a benefit to the community.

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

o Receiving and processing online, digital, and telephone to-go orders, while ensuring that such products are adequately packaged for transport and are kept warm or chilled as necessary to preserve quality

o Greeting and seating dine-in customers upon their arrival as well as delivering food items from the kitchen to these waiting guests

o Professional and cordial engagement with restaurant patrons, including resolution of concerns, solicitation of feedback, and personalized interaction to build rapport with guests

o Engagement in all Front-of-House operations, including facility cleanliness, financial and transactional point-of-sale (POS) operations including cash drawer management and organization of online and card receipts, organization dining room and to-go order efficiency, and order presentation and efficiency, and presentation of a welcoming, orderly, and pleasant environment

o Working with management to ensure any guests' concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner

o A willingness to pitch in and be a Doer whenever possible, assisting other team members in completion of tasks to streamline restaurant operations and improve customer experiences o Education, high school diploma or currently enrolled or equivalent
