Honey Lake Clinic believes in the integration of mind, body, and spirit to bring holistic healing for the patients under its care. *[JOB DESCRIPTION:[ Fitness Instructor contributes to Christ-centered behavioral health healing by planning well-thought out fitness programs catered to the patients health, safety, and path towards wellness.   • Lead a High Intensity Focus workout as assigned by the Wellness Program Director
  • Lead a stretching and mindful movement workout as assigned by the Wellness Program Director
  • Identify patients fitness levels and lead tailored group fitness classes based on that knowledge
  • Promote a focus of movement, mindfulness, and nutrition
  • Perform Wellness (Mindfulness, Movement, Nutrition) sessions with individual patients and groups as assigned by the Wellness Program Director
  • Interact with patients on a positive, professional manner
  • Ensure the gym and workout areas remain clean before and after workouts
  • Oversee the use of fitness equipment to ensure patients exercise properly
  • Carry out First Aid Care and CPR services if needed
  • Follow up with patients on ways they can continue to focus on movement
  • Assists Wellness Program Director in admin tasks such as, but not limited to, calendars, fliers, PowerPoints, etc.
  • Attends planning meetings to collaborate with the Wellness Department on how to best serve patients
  • Assist with setting up, taking down, and sanitizing before/ after class
  • Other duties as assigned by the Wellness Program Director

2+ years of personal training experience

Focus on personal wellness

Ability to instruct and motivate people

Proven experience of CPR and First Aid

Able to work Monday-Friday 12pm-5pm or otherwise instructed by the Wellness Program Director
