Honey Lake Clinic believes in the integration of mind, body, and spirit to bring holistic healing for the patients under its care. *[JOB DESCRIPTION:[ Adolescent Individual Therapists contribute to Christ-centered behavioral health healing by providing faith based therapy that encourages spiritual and mental wellness for Adolescents. *[RESPONSIBILITIES: [Adolescent Individual Therapist has the following responsibilities and duties: ]{cambria",serif"=""}]{cambria",serif"=""}]{cambria",serif"=""}]{cambria",serif"=""}]{cambria",serif"=""}]{cambria",serif"=""}

  • Provide faith-based family therapy.
  • Provide trauma-based, CBT, DBT, or treatment modalities when applicable for patients.
  • Facilitate group therapy with a focus on evidence-based techniques.
  • Write and log case notes and treatment plan reviews for each individual and group session for each assigned patient within two days of session.
  • Formulate treatment plan based on individual and family needs.
  • Provide regular communication with families to update them on the progress of the patient.
  • Participate in treatment team, reporting on assigned patients.
  • Collaborate with Honey Lake staff to create an educational and supportive milieu.
  • Attend supervision with qualified, licensed supervisor.
  • Maintain CEUs if licensed.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Adolescent Clinical Director.

[REQUIREMENTS: [Adolescent Therapist should have the following skills, education, and experience:]{cambria",serif"=""}]{cambria",serif"=""}

  • Masters or doctorate in mental health counseling (Psychology, MHC, MSW, MFT). Other graduate degrees that lead to MHC licensure are acceptable.
  • Licensure is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with adolescent psychiatric populations is preferred.
  • Experience with Mood-Disorders
  • Experience with Family Based Therapy
  • Experience with CBT, DBT treatment modalities.
  • Meet criminal background check and drug screening per state requirements.
  • Must have basic knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, and presentation software (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint).
