100% REMOTE Our client is looking for a ServiceNow System Administration to work directly with stakeholders through catalog configuration and providing day to day responsibilities. Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
Client wants someone to assist with setting up users and profiles; moves, adds, changes to core modules, custom reporting. Assists in review and revision of documentation of processes, procedures, policies and provides support as required. They need someone that has the ability to set up user profiles; move, add, and make changes on modules and applications. They will possibly be responsible for looking into metrics and later on down the road software asset management.
30%- group admin, setting up groups and designing
30%- building service catalogs
30% misc. tasks- i.e. assisting with asset management
administration, ServiceNow, Catalogs, ServiceNow Admin
Top Skills Details:
ServiceNow Administrator ( required to have Certified System Administration Certification)- provide day to day activities performed
Service Catalog Experience- number of Service Catalog items built and details about the most complex one
Any experience in managing Service Level Agreements and reporting with performance analytics experience
Understanding of various infrastructure components
Experience in working directly with stakeholders to build catalog item and portal changes.
ITIL is a plus.
The role is Admin, Catalog and Reporting heavy. Must have ServiceNow administration certification.
