SUMMARY:

Qorvo is seeking a Product Quality Engineer to support new product development activities for the Mobile Products Business Unit.

As a PQE you will interact with many different engineering organizations and various management positions, and you will be viewed as a representative of the Quality organization.

You are expected to be a successful leader, understand development and manufacturing processes, and have mangement or technical expert potential.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership for product qualifications

``` - Use PotentialProblem Analysis techniques to identify and resolve product and technology reliability risks

``` - Define qualification plans andschedules, and drive execution to support timely product releases

``` - Lead or participate in problem resolution teams for complex technical issues

``` - Ensure an excellent customer experience with Qorvo products at assembly and in the field

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or other related engineering field.

``` - 5+ years of work experience.

``` - Excel at working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, and collaborative business environment

``` - Understand how semiconductors work / familiarity with RF devices is a bonus
