Qorvo is seeking a dynamic leader to build our industrial power management portfolio.

You'll leverage our success in motor control, battery management, and wireless connectivity, plus many other segments, into a strategic growth engine for the company's future.

This position reports directly to the General Manager of Qorvo's Power Management team. It's a high-visibility role in a key investment area for Qorvo.

The ideal candidate for this position must have a demonstrated track record of successful new product releases over many years.

This includes deep architectural knowledge of industrial and automotive systems, the ability to define relevant high-performance power conversion solutions, and the skill to clearly communicate the key selling points to customers, sales people, and FAEs.

A strong technical background is required. The candidate must be familiar with IC process and packaging technologies, IC design principles, test and qualification flows, and application support.

Finally, the candidate must have strong leadership skills, including technical, interpersonal and organizational leadership experience. Experience with mentoring and employee development is important in this role.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 25years of analog and power management industry experience

  • Minimum of 15years of leadership roles in a technically-oriented power management industry role, such as in IC design, technical marketing, or application engineering

  • Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university
