TEKsystems Cable Installer in Greensboro, North Carolina
We are seeking a Cable Installation Technician to join our team! You will install and repair CCTV and alarm wiring and equipment.
Job Overview:
Do you want to gain experience in CCTV and access control?!
Our client has an immediate need for a Installation Technician to work on a large project in the Greensboro area. Techs will travel to substations installing new CCTV and access control panels. Techs need to be able to perform basic cable installations from day one, there will be training on CCTV specifics. If the job requires techs to travel out of the footprint, our client will arrange for the techs to ride in a company vehicle.
Responsibilities:
Install and program new alarm and security systems
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with alarms and security systems
Identify risk to customers and provide effective solutions
Conduct routine preventative maintenance on alarm systems
Monitor inventory of service parts
Qualifications:
Previous experience in security installation, maintenance, or other related fields
Familiarity with hand and power tools
Ability to handle physical workload
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
Strong attention to detail
