Lockheed Martin Administration Rep in Greensboro, North Carolina

Description: Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control is seeking a highly motivated Administration Rep to support the Geospatial Technology Program Area within the Sensors and Global Sustainment Line of Business. The ideal candidate is efficient, detail-oriented, and skilled in developing and maintaining workplace and customer relationships. The candidate will support the program with administrative matters in areas such as logistics, finance, purchasing, and security. This is a part-time position located in Greensboro, NC.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Provides administrative support to ensure efficient office operations

• Researches, compiles, and summarizes information for reports or presentations

• Budget monitoring/tracking

• Event Planning/Coordination

• Travel Coordination/Expense Reporting/Reconciliation

• Support purchase requests

• Asset/Inventory Management

• Support coordination of Import/Export licenses

• POC for Building Landlord/Vendors

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college in a related discipline with professional experience, or equivalent experience/combined education, or 1 year of professional experience with a related Masters degree.

• Familiarity with standard office platforms, such as Microsoft Office, Teams, Zoom

• Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement

• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with others

• US Citizenship Required

Desired Skills:

• SAP experience

• Tableau experience

• Export Licensing experience

• Confluence experience

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
