JOB DESCRIPTION: This job requires a minimum of ZERO months verifiable prior work experience in a farm environment with duties and responsibilities listed in this job description:

Workers will assist in harvesting and cultivating hay. Duties may include cleaning, stacking, and loading harvested hay. May repair farm fences and participate in irrigation activities. Prolonged walking, standing, bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting. Job is outdoors and continues in all types of weather with exposure to extreme temperatures. Must be able to lift 75 lbs. to shoulder height repetitively throughout the workday and able to lift and carry 75 lbs. in field. Must not hinder another worker's productivity. Must commit to entire anticipated period of employment.

This work can require standing, walking, stooping, bending, and lifting up to 75 pounds for long periods of time outdoors in all weather conditions. This work requires adherence to important safety and quality standard operating procedures and the ability to work quickly and consistently alongside fellow workers with a positive, professional, team-based attitude and a consideration for the safety and health of fellow workers.

Employees must be able to work in cold, wet, hot, and humid weather and able to work on their feet in bent stooped positions for long periods of time. Required to lift up to 75 pounds on a consistent throughout each work day.  Will work Mon - Fri, 8 hours per day.
