ServiceNet Shelter Site Manager in Greenfield, Massachusetts

GREENFIELD Shelter Site Manager Shelter and Housing Division. Full time. \$18.50-\$19.50. Position Summary: Works collaboratively with the Program Director to operate/manage the motel. Together, we provide our guests with the time and support they need to get their lives back on track and make a successful transition into permanent housing. Responsibilities: Identify clients\' strengths and needs to ensure compliance with the DHCD monthly Re-housing Plan. The daily affairs and welfare of the clients. Participate in client, staff, and management team meetings. Collaborate in program planning and budget preparation. Monitor the staff schedule and schedule relief coverage as needed. Communicate with residents\' network of services. Attend regular consultation meetings with the Program Director. Write log notes, progress notes, and other documentation as required. Counsel, train, and supervise staff during each scheduled shift. Respond quickly and effectively to crisis via the 24-hour rotating on call system. Other duties as assigned by the Program Director. Qualifications: Bilingual (Haitian Creole, Spanish, French, and/or Portuguese) candidates encouraged to apply! Bachelor\'s Degree and Management experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience working with people living on a low income, or who are affected by mental health issues and/or addiction. Proficiency across the following skills: verbal and written communication, collaboration, organization, and use of computer and technology. Benefits / Incentives: \$18.50-\$19.50/hr.
