GREENFIELD Manufacturing Associate - Fly Rod Production CNS Outdoor Technologies, d/b/a Thomas & Thomas Fly Rods (est. 1969) is a premier fly rod manufacturer located in Greenfield, MA. We are presently looking for a Manufacturing Associate in our Fly Rod Production area to support increased growth in our business. The successful candidate will perform a variety of tasks associated with the manufacture of Thomas & Thomas fly rods including but not limited to the following: Mounting components on rods Maintaining & Cleaning Mandrels Measuring, cutting and creating graphite patterns Tacking and rolling graphite onto mandrels Applying of cellophane process Baking mandrels Painting rod blank sections Operating the hydraulic mandrel pull Marking and gluing ferrules Completing necessary paperwork Inspecting work and ensuring quality control Additional Requirements include: *High school diploma *Experience in light manufacturing using a variety of tools and equipment *Ability to work in a deadline sensitive, production-based environment *Physical ability to stand for extended periods of time *Ability to lift up to 30 lbs This is a full-time, hourly position.
