GREENFIELD Cafeteria Worker QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma Ability to work independently without constant supervision ServSafe certified, or be able to pass the exam within one year Ability to operate a POS cash register system accurately Ability to maintain good working relationships with student and staff Ability to lift fifty (50) pounds using proper lifting Such reasonable alternatives as deemed acceptable DUTIES: Serve breakfast and lunch daily to preschool children Maintain accurate records and meal counts Operate commercial kitchen equipment safely and as directed Follow strict food safety, allergen, nutrition, and portion control guidelines Manage kitchen inventory (food and supplies) and coordinate with GHS Lead on orders Handle money accurately and cash out students and adults as needed Any other duties as assigned by the managers or the director SALARY: As per negotiated contract HOURS: 6 hr position. Monday - Thursday: 7:15 AM - 2:00 PM; Friday: 7:30 AM - 10:30 AM *There is no lunch service on Fridays.
