ServiceNet ACCS Clinician in Greenfield, Massachusetts

AMHERST, GREENFIELD, NORTHAMPTON, ORANGE ACCS Clinician Full time / Part time Positions. \$55,000 - \$61,000. Position Summary: The ACCS Clinician works closely with program participants and outreach staff to facilitate individuals\' personal growth and recovery from mental health challenges. Provides clinical expertise, support and supervision to the team. Responsibilities: Meet with participants within required timeframes. Collaborate with other service providers and DMH staff to coordinate treatment and case management of program participants Complete required paperwork within specified timeframes including, but not limited to: initial intakes, Comprehensive Assessments, Individual Action Plans (treatment plans), quarterly and annual reviews, Safety and Wellbeing-Check Plans, Risk Management Plans, Discharge Summaries. Provide ongoing training on evidence-based practices to all staff. Using a strengths-based, person-centered and trauma-informed approach, work with individuals to create a treatment plan, identifying specific goals, objectives, and interventions to guide service provision. Participate in on-call rotation. Other duties as assigned by senior management. Qualifications: Clinical Master\'s degree. Massachusetts clinical license or license-eligible required (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LADC-1, ABA, etc.). Experience providing clinical and recovery services to individuals with mental illness. Ability to work independently and collaboratively; self-motivated. Ability to complete clinical documentation in a timely manner. Good organizational, communication, and writing skills. Substance abuse clinical experience preferred. Benefits / Incentives: \$55,000 - \$61,000; based on credentials and/or experience Generous time-off package.
