Ready to let your ambition thrive? We are looking for a candidate with previous leadership experience within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a supervisor position with hands-on responsibility and accountability for daily production flow and bottom-line results. Do you like working 3rd shift? Randstad is looking for a Production Supervisor on 3rd Shift. This job will require at least three years of Production Supervisor experience and the ability to work overtime. Responsibilities
Supervises operators, lead operator, and material handlers on assigned shift.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in molding
plastic products, ing knowledge of molding machine setup and
operating techniques and production machining methods.
Reads operating logs to identify inoperative molding machines,
determines reasons for machine malfunction, and arranges for machine
repair.
The essential functions of this role include:
working in a smoke free environment
working in a non-temperature controlled environment
standing for 8 hours at one time
working up to 20 hrs of overtime per week
working weekends
