About the position:

We’re looking for an Engineering Technical Specialist who is a self-motivated, inquisitive individual to join our Software Quality Engineering team. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally within engineering to perform test and verification of software products. You will:

  • Test and troubleshoot software products.
  • Work hands-on to collect data and assist in its assessment and evaluation.
  • Work in an engineering lab environment to assess product development.
  • Interface with software engineering teams to obtain software versions for engineering lab support.
  • Identify possible engineering changes for further review.
  • Review engineering documentation for accuracy in content.
  • Record, organize, and present data.
  • Communicate results to other technicians, designers, engineers, managers, or manufacturing employees with an approach that supports and develops teamwork and timely completion of projects.

About the schedule:

This position is 1st shift and will work 7:30am – 4:00pm.

About you:

  • Understanding and experience with engineering principles and documentation practices.
  • Strong interpersonal, organization, detail oriented, and time management skills.
  • Ability to plan, organize and carry out technical activities.

It would be great if you had:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

About the total compensation package:

Wage - $18.50 - $21.99 per hour. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.
