Karna, LLC Enrollment Process Analyst in Greenbelt, Maryland

The Enrollment Process Analyst III will work in support of government and commercial clients creating, collecting and managing data to support business performance and processes. This position will support member enrollment for a federally funded health program. The Process Analyst will help create process improvements and efficiencies and document the improvements. This is a key role and will have an immediate impact on the work and the team.

  • Identify, create, collect and manage member eligibility, enrollment, and other healthcaredata required to support and improve business performance
  • Generate easy-to-interpret reports based on collected data
  • Review complex individual cases (business situations and member enrollment use cases) against business rules and frameworks to generate a recommended resolution or course of action
  • Analyze eligibility requirements against existing processes and frameworks to identify process improvementsand opportunities for automation
  • Works with Management Team and Data Science Team to implement improvements and automations
  • Identify, create, collect, and manage member eligibility and enrollment data requiredto support Quality Initiatives and improve business performance
  • Participate in selection and on-boardingof members of the enrollment team
  • Consult with clientand other stakeholders to update policies and procedures for data operations and compliance
  • Acts as a liaison for member services to upper managementand the client as required
  • Assists in coordinating the workload across a team of processors
  • Other duties as assigned
