JOB REQUIREMENTS: Location: Green Bay, WI Shift: 1st Shift Work model: On-Site Schedule: Full-time; Mon-Fri 1st Shift Job overview: Schneider is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst in Green Bay WI to provide in-depth analysis on a broad spectrum of operational and financial issues. The Senior Financial Analyst will also play a key role in the annual planning and budgeting processes and give financial support to a specific area of the organization. Responsibilities: Understand the operating procedures and policies of various departments and recommend improvement plans. Analyze department expenditures for reasonableness and recommend cost reduction opportunities. Develop decision support tools that can enhance departments\' understanding of their cost structures and drivers. Prepare monthly reports and narratives. Participate in ongoing financial initiatives, including planning, budgeting and reporting. Take part in month-end close. Present financial data and analysis to leadership teams. Provide leadership to less experienced finance team members. Skills and qualifications: Bachelor degree in business, finance or accounting. MBA or CPA a plus. Four to six years of finance experience.
