KI Regional Installation Manager in GREEN BAY, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: KI has an opening for a Regional Installation Manager in its OEI Government Division. This position can based out of the Atlanta, GA; Orlando, FL; or Dallas/Fort Worth, TX area. Responsibilities will be to identify, manage and coordinate installation projects for the Central Region. You will manage and train installation supervisors, project managers and vendors to ensure projects are completed within proper guidelines. You will also be responsible for quoting installations, negotiating competitive bids, confirming production of products, scheduling delivery and installation dates and communicating project information to various individuals. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business or a related field, a minimum of 2 years of project management experience and previous experience with modular furniture installations. Previous experience working on large government contracts is preferred. Candidates must be able to obtain a federal security clearance. KI takes pride in being 100% employee owned.
