JOB REQUIREMENTS: Parish Operations and Mission Planning Coordinator The Diocese of Green Bay currently has a full-time opening for a Parish Operations and Mission Planning Coordinator in our office of Parish Operations. This position coordinates, develops, and facilitates training and workshops (online and in person) for Church Management Software (GabrielSoft) with emphasis on how to utilize the information to foster evangelization and missionary discipleship in parish life. Provides project management, communications support and logistical coordination for all parish operations and mission planning parish, and regional meetings and training workshops. Manages and monitors parish key metrics (via parish and vicariate profiles) to Curia and parish leadership. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: We would like to see someone with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration, pastoral ministry or related field and 5+ years of experience in church ministry. Must possess experience in data reporting and analytics; in the creation of dashboards and other means of data presentation including Power BI or other similar software; other Microsoft Office programs, especially MS Excel, experience is a must.
