JOB REQUIREMENTS: Office Support Specialist The Diocese of Green Bay currently has a full-time opening for an Office Support Specialist in our Office of Communications. This full-time, in-person position is responsible for overseeing the daily technical and office management operations of the Office of Communications & Marketing. The Office Support Specialist serves the team by organizing, tracking and evaluating important information and data; as well as communicate and manage the day-to-day function of the office to streamline and simplify the office workflow processes and procedures. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: We would like to see someone with an associate degree in business administration, communications, marketing, data analyst or a related field. The well qualified candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google docs, Adobe Acrobat, and the ability to quickly adapt, learn and navigation various software platforms, have exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, office management and decision-making skill, strong organizational and time management skills, the ability to prioritize, and strong interpersonal skills.
