WEC Business Services, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, is seeking a (Senior) Material Analyst in our Green Bay, WI or Milwaukee, WI location.

Job Duties:

  • Manages $300 million dollar corporate inventory investment at over 60 warehouses by developing and utilizing software forecasting and modeling tools.

  • Develops and implements strategies to determine transmission, distribution or generation plant facilities inventory investment at levels that achieve safety, service, quality and cost objectives.

  • Ensures material requirements are met to support the work of numerous electric, gas, and power plant mechanics which directly impacts customer service.

  • Establishes and monitors corporate inventory performance measures and champions process improvements as necessary.

This position is part of a job family and placement will be based on experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or related major.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a major product group with minimal oversight from leadership.

  • Experience working on inventory forecasting/analysis, preparing inventory strategies and procurement plans, materials management, order fulfillment, or inventory accuracy.

  • Previous hardware tools knowledge (i.e. drills, hammers, etc.)
