JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Description Ensure the team is following all safety procedures/processes. Wear proper PPE. Safety is the #1 priority at this organization. Continually ensures housekeeping expectations are done at shift end and for weekend shutdowns. Notify the maintenance department if machinery is down or needs changing over. Runs and troubleshoots machinery per customers\' specifications for quality and balance run times to effectively achieve the highest output Performs screen and squeegee changes as needed. Responsible for over all quality. Performs required daily quality checks while running Reviews orders for required processes and customer expectations. Job Requirements Communicates and demonstrates the ability to change to support the organizations strategic vision Ability to communicate clear expectations and follow up to deliver expected results Ability to take coaching for their own personal development Duties Sort, grade, weigh, and inspect products, verifying and adjusting product weight or measurement to meet specifications. Remove finished packaged items from machine and separate rejected items. Inspect and remove defective products and packaging material. Monitor the production line, watching for problems such as pile-ups, jams, or glue that isn\'t sticking properly. Supply materials to spindles, conveyors, hoppers, or other feeding devices and unload packaged product. Stack finished packaged items, or wrap protective material around each item, and pack the items in cartons or containers. Package the product in the form in which it will be sent out, for example, filling bags with flour from a chute or spout. Count and record finished and rejected packaged items.
