JOB REQUIREMENTS: Join us as a Morning Lifeguard at the Kroc Center in Green Bay, keeping watch in a window where we have aquatics group fitness classes, our splash play open, and swim lessons taking place. Your duties include monitoring activities, providing assistance to swimmers, and enforcing safety regulations during morning programs. Aligning with the State of Wisconsin aquatic staffing plan, you\'ll ensure a safe aquatic environment during morning hours. This role also involves participation in general facility maintenance and assigned cleaning duties. Hours for this position are primarily in the morning session beginning at 5:15 a.m., before our aquatics center shuts down for the midday break at 1pm MISSION STATEMENT The Wisconsin & Upper Michigan Division of The Salvation Army, an international movement, is an evangelical part of the universal Christian church. The Lifeguard will also monitor activities, observe and provide assistance to swimmers, prevent accidents, protect life and enforce regulations. The Lifeguard will also ensure they are positioned in accordance with the State of Wisconsin approved aquatic staffing plan.
