Foth is currently seeking a team-focused, innovative, and results-oriented Lead Estimator who is looking for new learning experiences, opportunities for career growth, and a desire to contribute to our clients\' success. This position will be based out of our Green Bay, WI location with professional flexibility. As the Lead Estimator, you will have the unique opportunity to be at the forefront of developing our estimating competency, including creation and implementation of our practices, processes, and tools used for timely, accurate, and competitive project estimates. Responsibilities: Competency Development: Establish a clear vision for the development of Foth\'s estimating competency. Develop and implement a comprehensive estimating program (practices, processes, and tools) aligned with our company\'s goals, industry best practices, and project requirements. Continuously improve and enhance the program based on data-driven insights from past projects as well as adoption of the latest tools and techniques. Estimating Practices Lead: Personally lead the estimating process on complex and high impact projects, providing expertise to ensure timeliness, accuracy, and competitiveness while simultaneously mitigating project risk. Collaborate effectively with clients, suppliers, project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders. Team Leadership: As the competency grows, build a high-performing estimating team by cultivating a collaborative, continuously learning, results focused environment. Required Qualifications: Associate degree with 10+ years\' experience estimating capital construction projects, including design-build and engineering-led construction. Experience with multi-discipline industrial manufacturing, including involvement with packaging, process piping, controls, electrical, and facilities. Experience having built and led a team.
