Shift: 1st shift, flexible start! 6:00 am or 7:00 am, then work 8 hours.

Pay: $18.50 + (Depending on experience)

Position Summary:

The Inventory Analyst/Cycle Counter performs a variety of responsible inventory control and accounting-related activities.

This position requires the incumbent to perform physical inventories, research discrepancies, and ensures inventory accuracy. Essential Functions Statement s : Conduct daily cycle counts for raw materials and finished goods.

  • Investigate and accurate inventory discrepancies found during cycle counts.

  • Enter counts into system and Excel spreadsheet.

  • Serve as backup for Production Reporting functions, including assisting with weekend production reporting.

  • Verify/Count inventory and partial racks and locate partials after lines have completed production and facilitate accurate transportation of this material.

  • Conduct customer requested inventory counts. Reconcile Customer Inventory System with our system.

  • Run report for monthly cycle counts.

  • Visit off-site warehouse, as needed.

  • Fill in for Inventory Specialist, as needed.


  • Associates Degree preferred, but not required.

  • Previous Inventory and/or Cycle Counting experience strongly preferred.

  • Working experience in Excel and SAP is helpful.

  • Will be required to cover team vacation to include other absences with notice.
