The Facilities Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing and assisting in company-wide facility projects to ensure schedule and budget compliance. This position will also be responsible for proper communication to all affected departments and team members. There will be constant interaction between the Engineering, Maintenance, and Operations team in this role. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIRED SKILLS: Lead and/or assist facility related capital projects to ensure all GMP compliance within all sites Lead and/or assist facility relates improvement projects to ensure increased reliability and energy efficiency Assist with driving a solid PM program for all facility related assets Assist Engineering and Maintenance on other projects that may involve building infrastructure Monitor the facility related maintenance contracts and recommend changes when requiredKEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Project Management to ensure schedule and budget compliance Cross-functional department problem solving Maintenance assessment for Facility assets including PM\'s, Spare parts,...
