As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will: This position is primarily responsible for providing general administrative support and assistance to the Human Resources Department. The Human Resources Coordinator will also serve as a resource for all Nicolet employees in regard to onboarding and offboarding, performance reviews, HRIS system, and general Human Resources-related questions. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Team including, without limitation, scheduling and preparing material for meetings/trainings, correspondence, and other tasks as assigned. Provide exceptional customer service to employees and outside callers by answering questions accurately and promptly. Direct calls to appropriate party when necessary. Ensure integrity of employee files by accurately scanning and indexing records, collecting required documents from new employees, and maintaining job descriptions. Monitor performance appraisal process to ensure appraisals are completed on a timely basis and follow up with supervisors as necessary. Serve as main point of contact for all performance review troubleshooting. Assist with communication and employee engagement programs as needed. Work with Recruiters in the recruitment and onboarding of new talent including, without limitation, update job description for posting, schedule interviews, back-up recruiters in the screening and interviewing of applicants as necessary, prepare conditional offers of employment, conduct pre-employment surveys/tests, employment verification and background checks and coordination and scheduling of new employee orientation and onboarding events. Assist Learning and Development team with training preparation. Uphold Nicolet\'s philosophy and policies by maintaining appropriate controls to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations, thereby fulfilling legal responsibilities and enhancing the quality of Nicolet.
