JOB REQUIREMENTS: Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting new hire orientations. Coordinate employee benefits enrolment, changes, and inquiries, and assist employees with benefits-related questions in both English and Spanish. Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with regulations. Assist with HR policies and procedures, including updating employee handbooks, conducting training sessions, and communicating policy changes to staff. Handle employee inquiries and issues, providing support and guidance on HR-related matters in both languages. Assist with payroll processing, timekeeping, and attendance tracking as needed. Prepare HR reports and analytics and assist with data analysis to support decision-making processes. Support HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement programs, diversity initiatives, and compliance audits. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor\'s degree in human resources or related field is preferred. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) is required. Proven experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar HR support role. Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
