Prepare and coordinate data/materials for business line presentations to ensure accuracy of data and timely distribution, including those to the Board of Directors and Risk Committee. Manage the calendar of the CIO. Determine the urgency of requests and prioritize accordingly to complete tasks in a timely manner. Manage long-term view of calendars strategically by collaborating with key partners and understanding priorities.
