MEADOW BROOK ELEMENTARY SCHOOL Elementary School Secretary in GREEN BAY, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Under the direction of the Elementary School Principal, performs secretarial duties that support the effective management of building operations. This position will include a heavy emphasis on customer service - for parents, students, staff, community members and others. In addition, this position will be the lead on the school budget which will require a strong understanding of finance. This position is located at Meadowbrook Elementary School and is a full-time, full year position with hours of 7:30 am-4:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Wage starting at \$18.00/hour with opportunity for increased compensation based on a variety of District and/or State requirements and qualifications. The Howard-Suamico School District offers highly desirable benefits as part of our total compensation package. These include: * Substantial leave time including 20 days (22 days for the 2023-24 school year) of PTO eligible for potential monetary payout and 10 days of vacation that increases with each year of employment as well as 11 paid Holidays * Excellent and affordable health, vision, and dental benefits (health plan premiums start at \$26.50 for single, \$60.62 for family each pay period). Key Accountabilities: Customer Service: Provide caring and attentive service to all members of the learning community, proactively anticipate customer needs, and create best-in-class experiences for all guests. Communication: Listen to understand, interact thoughtfully, measure and influence the improvement of school communication streams through multiple means and methods between all key stakeholders. Daily Management of School Operations: Maintain and manage building records and organizational systems, provide a safe and caring environment for students by supporting their emotional and physical needs through triage and medical needs.
