JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Description: In collaboration with faculty, the Education Program Coordinator II coordinates all activities and systems required by the department for courses and clerkships at the Green Bay Campus, located in Green Bay, WI. Schedules events and courses, assembles enrollment and education information, and follows compliance and LCME guidelines. The Education Program Coordinator supports education objectives by tracking and communicating information related to educational programs and assists in the development of course materials per institutional requirements. The Education Program Coordinator will also assist with recruiting and scheduling faculty and community educators and coordinates student clinical and curricular activities. Primary Functions Serve as primary liaison with assistant deans, faculty, students and individuals at other campuses and clinical sites as appropriate for course-related activities, including the coordination of student clinical rotation paperwork process. Coordinate education sessions including faculty scheduling, room reservations, procuring equipment and supplies, set-up, gathering session materials and evaluations . Create and electronically distribute program-related materials including, but not limited to: syllabi, clinical schedules, academic schedules, reference materials and assignments. Assist faculty with creation of educational materials. Collaborate with counterparts on the Milwaukee and Central Wisconsin campuses to create and update handbooks, communications, and other course-related materials. Collaborate with the Campus Assistant Deans to develop processes to integrate and coordinate programs and ensure compliance with organizational policies and LCME accreditation standards. Participate in data associated collection and reporting activities related to maintenance of LCME accreditation. Coordinate student performance and clinical teaching evaluations in the SIS system. Facilitate assessment programs. Coordinate teaching technology use in collaboration with the campus Technology Specialist. Develop and maintain course and program related materials on Bright Space electronic learning platform, where necessary. Coordinate student enrollment with the Office of the Registrar, preparing course dates and student enrollments for M1-M3 students. Provide exam support, create schedules, preparing testing materials and running associated exam software. Assess and identify program and course needs.
