The Division Controller will oversee the financial and accounting functions of either the Transportation Services or the Asset Management & Technology divisions within our company. Reporting directly to the Corporate Controller, this role collaborates closely with and supports the leadership team to ensure precise and timely financial reporting and analysis. The Division Controller is responsible for upholding internal controls, policies, and procedures while ensuring compliance with external regulations and standards. What You Will Do Oversee the monthly financial reporting process ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Interpret financial data to provide actionable insights to business leaders. Develop and maintain financial dashboards and key performance indicators. Supervise accounting operations, including accounts receivable. Drive process improvement initiatives in collaboration with business partners. Mentor and manage accounting staff, offering guidance and training. Collaborate closely with the Corporate Controller as a strategic partner to advance the team to higher levels of performance and capability. Provide support to the divisional leadership team with ad hoc financial analysis and projects as necessary.
