The Customer Service Manager will provide direction and support to operations associates and new business start-ups. Responsibilities Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers. Interact with and support other departments. Work with leadership team to monitor and manage equipment utilization. Identify growth opportunities. Provide input into the development and management of customers\' accounts. Skills and qualifications Bachelor degree preferred or equivalent work experience. Two plus years of customer service experience preferred. Leadership experience preferred. Have strong written and oral communication skills. Able to manage multiple priorities.
