Winona Foods Customer Service Account Manager in Green Bay, Wisconsin
1st shift (Monday ? Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm)

Job Location: Green Bay, WI
Under the direction of the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Account Manager is the liaison between Winona Foods departments (i.e. sales, QA, accounting, warehouse, production, scheduling) team and the customer base.
The list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.
Process orders and order changes
Process customer returns/refusals/complaints
Continually communicate with other departments regarding process improvements or other issues that arise
Interpret and implement proper customer pricing to ensure accurate invoicing
Serve as a back-up for other Account Managers
All other duties as assigned
Associate Degree in related field preferred
Minimum of three years? experience in a related customer service or account manager field
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to multitask
Ability to write standard documentation and effectively present information to other employees in the organization
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
