SUMMARY This role will be a key member of the Nature\'s Way legal team. The Corporate Paralegal / Contract Administrator will perform contracts administration, including, contracts intake, contracts review and drafting, database and process management. The Corporate Paralegal / Contract Administrator will also provide corporate governance support and administrative support services for the legal team. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Essential duties & responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Act as primary administrator of contract lifecycle system, managing and maintaining company\'s contract lifecycle management system, including, cataloging of executed agreements and arranging relevant reporting. Work with internal business partners to manage submission of contracts and related documents, consistent with company\'s contracts intake process. Review various commercial agreements and amendments to agreements including advising on and drafting negotiated terms, preparing agreements for signature, and managing digital execution processes...
