Primary responsibilities Coordinate with the Project Manager/Supervisor to ensure that the work is progressing according to plan and on schedule. Supervising, completing the work and leading, directing, and training the team. Supervise and guide crew members Ensure crew is following company policies and procedures Promote job site safety, encourage safe work practices, and rectify job site hazards Study, interpret, and apply blueprints to projects Responsible to coach, mentor, and train the team Inspect job site/project before leaving to ensure completion, quality, cleanliness, and complete customer satisfaction Determine daily work schedules to ensure the project is completed within the timeline Attend meetings in order to discuss the direction and development of projects Take pride in your accomplishments and complete your work with integrity Supervisory experience in a construction environment Must have experience in concrete forms, rebar, setting and finishing Layout, footings, retaining walls and flatwork Active Listening Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times. Reading Comprehension Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents. Operation Monitoring Watching gauges, dials, or other indicators to make sure a machine is working properly. Coordination Adjusting actions in relation to others\' actions. Social Perceptiveness Being aware of others\' reactions and understanding why they react as they do. Manual Dexterity The ability to quickly move your hand, your hand together with your arm, or your two hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble objects. Arm-Hand Steadiness The ability to keep your hand and arm steady while moving your arm or while holding your arm and hand in one position. Static Strength The ability to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, or carry objects.
