COUNTY OF BROWN Adventure Park Guide (LTE) - NEW Zoo in GREEN BAY, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Summary Brown County is seeking energetic individuals to join our team at the Adventure Park located at the NEW Zoo in Suamico, WI. The Adventure Park consists of a ropes challenge course, dual racing 1,000 foot zip lines, a 32 foot high climbing wall, kids kourse, and The Neil Anderson Canopy Tour. Guides will be charged with the responsibility of providing our visitors with a recreational and educational experience from start to finish. Job duties will include providing exceptional customer service while conducting sales of vending and tickets, bike rentals, preparing visitors for their experiences, and guiding visitors while experiencing all the park offers. Bring your willingness to be adventurous and have fun while doing so. HOURS: Adventure Guides should expect to work many varied shifts as needed including nights, holidays and weekends. Adventure Guides can be a very physically active position which requires long workdays. Essential Duties Ensure a safe and enjoyable adventure for visitors at all times. Safety is our #1 goal. Provide exceptional customer service to guests at the park and on the phone. Sales of admissions, concessions, and merchandise. Cash handling. Facilitate bike rentals. Set up and take down course and equipment. Assist with grounds maintenance and cleaning. Maintain quality working relationships with co-workers and visitors.
