Providing a full range of clinical Occupational Health services, including the evaluation and treatment of occupational injuries and illnesses, and the performance of specialty examinations and guidance with relevant regulations to patients, employers, and payors of Banner Occupational Health Services (BOHS).

Required Qualifications:

DEAwith prescriptive authority, NCCPA,

current CO license, and BLS required

A minimum of 2 years experience requiredin occupational medicine

Certification to perform NRCME (DOT) driver examinations required, or acquired within 6 months of starting

Full-time | M - F | 7:00a-4:00p |No Call
