Position Summary: * Work involves installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems, and electrical/electronic components of industrial machinery and equipment. The National Electrical Code and all other applicable standards and specifications are followed. * Knowledge of PLC/HMI/Controls programming languages. Ability to update and troubleshoot a range of electrical or instrumentation systems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Demonstrate safe work habits, and comply with company safety requirements. * Working knowledge of industrial electrical work systems, and troubleshooting. * Proficient knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), local codes and OSHA/ MSHA safety standards. Enforce all national and local codes and keep up with any changes in the industry. * Ability to understand continuous and batch process control strategies. * Ability to configure and program a variety of control systems including PLC and HMI systems. * Automation, Electrical, and / or Instrumentation experience with Allen-Bradley and Siemens. * Design and implementation knowledge of plant digital business technologies. * Ability to read and interpret blueprints. * Possess strong expertise in all aspects of trade related materials, components, equipment, conduit systems, methods of installation, safety procedures, safe work practices, trade related calculations, blueprint and drawing interpretation, and trouble shooting. * Able to safely operate two-handed tools/equipment such as cable cutters, hammer drills, compression tools, and jack hammers. * Properly care for material, tools and equipment. * Able to work in a meat packing plant environment. * Represent E&T Electric, LLC professionally at all times. * Effective communication, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills. * Required to be on-call when necessary. * Able to perform night/weekend work as required. * Able to travel out of town and stay overnight as required. * Teach, train, and guide electrical apprentices. * Able to show up to work on time and on a daily basis.

CURRENTLY Licensed Journeyman/Journeywoman Electrician

Compensation: $38 -$41/Hour DOE

*Job Type: Full-time, Hourly, Non-Exempt, 40-50 Hours per week, overtime (overtime pay), per deem availability, flexible schedule weekends and holidays may be required.
