Position Title: HR Coordinator
Department: Human Resources
Location : Greeley, CO Value Added Plant
Salary Class: Salary Non- Exempt
Purpose & Scope:
Our Company is in search of an experienced HR Coordinator who will be responsible for applying business knowledge, human resources practices and data driven expertise. He or she will assist in providing a wide range of HR support and advice. The successful candidate will play a key role in the success of the plant by maintaining personnel files, reporting, and supporting leadership and hourly employees on HR related matters.
Principle Responsibilities:
Performs tasks such as setting up files on all new personnel in SAP & Kronos
Photographing for badges & using Ccure badging system to turn on access
Recording changes on all employee status changes as necessary (e.g., change of address, departmental transfers, rate increases, job changes, terminations, etc.).
Maintains postings and distributes, as appropriate, current employee information, policy and procedure manuals, and other communications.
Maintain the applicant tracking system for hourly open positions in Jobvite
Perform candidate screens, schedule interviews, interview candidates & disposition applications – take thorough notes & conduct interviews fairly
Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
Immigration functions include verifying employment documents, understanding different citizen categories, filling out I9s & updating employment for status #4
Perform background checks & run E-verify
Assist in onboarding new hires with policies & classroom training
Input all union data into the computer/send reports as instructed
Manage all human resource and employee records in a confidential manner and adhere to all company standards as outlined in the JBS HR Audit.
Send an array of weekly reports to the Union and Management
Send & manage attendance reports, hiring reports, and trainings when needed
Filing, answering phones and assisting employees
Act as a translator for employees when problems in language arise

Requirements:
Education: Minimum high school diploma or equivalency required
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in positions of increasing responsibility within Human Resources; manufacturing industry preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Working Conditions:
General office environment but prepared to go onto the production floor for HR reasons
Production and maintenance settings
Schedule M-F and Saturday when needed. Overtime eligible.
The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:
Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;

Base salary range of $22-$24
