Schaefer Enterprises Inc Day Habilitation Assistant in Greeley, Colorado

The Day Habilitation Assistant is responsible for providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities in the community or in a reverse integrated setting in house. The top priority of the services provided is to ensure the health and safety of all program participants.

The person in this position will provide a wide variety of services participants in the Supported Community Connections and Specialized Habilitation programs. This position requires the ability to provide assistance to Community Day Habilitation DSP, assisting participants with health and education, and providing informal training in all activities of daily living. This may also include providing services in an In House Reverse Integrated setting. Additionally, this position has a responsibility to help Participants to interact with community members without disabilities.

This position is Monday - Friday 9:00am - 2:00pm No weekends.
