Title and Summary

Senior Specialist - Start Path Platform, Fintech Solutions

Job Overview: Provides designs specifications for and develops new products and services or their components. Defines functional and technical requirements. Researches new technologies and competitive products to develop additional product ideas and enhancements. Performs launch-related activities associated with new or highly customized product implementations, including marketing/communication and collateral. Defines business and technical requirements and manages the relationships of technical resources and the Global Technology Organization to maintain and build out platforms

Major Accountabilities: • Participate in the development of new products and product enhancements • Perform assigned tasks in the product development life cycle; areas of focus may include features, benefits, pricing, rules, and implementation guidelines • Provide information to the technology organization to assist in translating product requirements into technical specifications • Contribute to the execution of the product marketing strategy including advertising, promotional and sales programs • Support product launches and implementations • Prepare various reports on the status of project components

Education: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience desirable Knowledge / Experience: • 3 - 5 years of payments industry and/or financial services experience • Broad knowledge of product development functions Skills/ Abilities: • Understanding of product development concepts and practices across the product development life cycle • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage a significant workload • Advanced organization and project management skills • Solid verbal and written communications skills • Ability to understand, interpret and analyze financial information • Ability to interact effectively at various organizational levels and to work collaboratively with internal and external business partners Work Conditions: • _% domestic/international travel required
