About the Role

For our Corporate Finance and Controlling team in Vienna or in Graz , we are looking for a Controller (m/w/d) . In this vital role, you are , responsible for financial reporting and analysis for Corporate Europe, which encompasses Austria, Germany, and Switzerland. You report to the Senior Controller Corporate Europe.

Your Responsibilities

Management & Finance Reporting

  • Review monthly cost centers to ensure accurate capturing of costs and revenues.

  • Prepare management reports to analyze budget-to-actual variances.

Business Planning & Analysis

  • Collaborate with the Senior Controller to develop the annual business plan and forecast.

  • Upload into financial system

Tax, Treasury, Audit Compliance and Other

  • Review intercompany billing with the transfer pricing team to ensure compliance with tax requirements.

  • Support internal and external audits regarding cost center queries.

Ad hoc and other projects

  • Analyze data and provide insights for specific business cases.

  • Prepare management presentations when required

  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects to streamline processes.

Who we are looking for

  • Solid experience in Controlling and Accounting field

  • Ability to analyze and interpret numerical data for accurate financial reporting and decision-making

  • Advanced knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint, data warehouse, and ERP systems (preferably SAP FI/CO )

  • Fluency in both German and English

  • Proactive and self-starter independent mindset, demonstrating a hands-on approach to work

  • Team player with excellent communication skills and responsiveness to inquiries

Your preferred qualifications

  • A Master Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or Commerce with a strong focus on Finance/Controlling; or equivalent combination of education and experience
