Job Summary

The Prairie at Brae Loch Restaurant Aid will assist in daily operation of the Prairie restaurant. Tasks may include dishwashing, serving, food prep and more. This position is intended to provide support for the restaurant classes and allow for a smooth service.

Required Qualification(s)

Desire to learn Front of House Restaurant Operations

Ability to stand for 8 hours

Ability to lift 50 pounds

Ability to work with others

Maintain work areas in a clean, sanitary, well-organized manner.

Must be enrolled for six (6) credit hours for fall 2024 or three (3) credit hours for summer 2024 and maintain a 2.0 GPA

Work Schedule

Variable, Monday – Friday between 8 AM 4:30 PM with most need on days with Prairie Restaurant service or prep days.

Will work around class schedule to the extent possible.
