Job Summary

  • Greeting guests visiting the suite for Biological & Health Science Division ( BHS )

  • Answering phones

  • Referring students and community members to proper resources on academic programs and college services

  • Filing, scanning, and converting paper documents into electronic files.

  • Mail room duties as needed

  • Provide support to BHS office staff on various projects as needed

    Required Qualification(s)

-Must be a CLC student enrolled in a minimum of six (6) credit hours during the spring semester.

-Must have or maintain a 2.0 cumulative GPA

-Must have exemplary customer service skills and attention to detail.

-Must be able to work collaboratively with other staff and willing to learn new tasks.

Desired Qualification(s)

Experience working in an office or customer service setting.

Location Grayslake

Total Hours per week No more than 20 hours per week

Work Schedule

Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM to 12:00 pm preferred. May consider other times if student has a conflicting class meeting. Position runs through the end of the academic year.
