Northland Area FCU Branch Manager, Full Time, Grayling in Grayling, Michigan

We are seeking applicants for a Branch Manager for our Grayling location. The Branch Manager is responsible for the daily oversight of the branch including leadership and development of the Grayling team members, as well as, all branch operations, lending, product sales and member service in accordance with the Credit Union's mission and long-term strategic initiatives. This position is also responsible for attaining established goals through active participation in promoting Credit Union products and services through community outreach and involvement to enhance new and existing member relationships and business opportunities.

This position requires a professional approach in dealing with problems, members and staff, as well as, excellent written and verbal communication skills. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading employees and attaining goals. This position requires flexibility and the ability to make effective decisions, as well as, a candidate who demonstrates strong administrative, management and supervision skills. Must be highly motivated to maintain a high performing service culture, as well as, meet key strategic goals and objectives.
