The ideal candidate for this role has 5+ years of experience. Is that you? This candidate will have hands on technical and applicable knowledge of .NET, Cosmos/Cosmos DB, Service Bus, Azure/ADF pipeline development lifecycle (including deployment) and Azure project implementation experience. If this is you, you will also have a solution first mindset. Understanding bugs, problems and issues should be a part of our drive for excellence; so analysis, the ability to troubleshoot or predict problems are a job requirement and not a nice to have. As a part of an overall cloud solution development team, any candidate with Azure Cloud Architecture, API Development and experience utilizing, and managing these resources would be a huge bonus!

You will follow our company software development lifecycle to design, code, configure, test, debug, and document our legacy system and application programs as well as modernizing current applications. You will create or assist in preparing technical design specifications based on functional requirements and analysis documents. You will also review functional requirements, analysis and design documents and provide feedback. You will collaborate with other development staff to achieve and maintain a high level of quality and consistency in our development environments. You will also rely on your experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals independently as well as with a team. You must be able to communicate effectively with audiences with differing levels of technical comprehension and leadership. You will be challenged to be a thought leader.

  • Develop, test and implement programs and assist in deployment of applications; create and provide robust system documentation

  • TDD (Test Driven Development), Unit Testing, and take corrective action when needed

  • Optimize applications and integral interfaces to meet cross-functional team SLA requirements.

  • Actively participates in all team Agile ceremonies.

  • Use SAFe Agile Framework practices and processes to enable and lead our work flows

  • Assist business partners, stakeholders and customers in systems analysis and creation or updating of documentation for all business processes.

  • Interfaces with the Product Owner and IT partners to develop acceptance criteria for features and user stories and ensures acceptance criteria are met.

  • Performs feasibility studies/proofs of concept to evaluate solutions.

  • Participates in structured code walkthroughs, and technical reviews ensuring application coding and design follows secure coding and design principles.

  • Acts as a thought leader and actively provide feedback. We all have unique thoughts and experiences and those are valuable to provide input, clarity and direction.
