WITHIN YOUR TEAM

This Service Inside Sales Representative - Renewals position is responsible for proactively renewing service care plans for an assigned territory to maintain and grow service care plan revenue. The Service Inside Sales Representative will need to quickly build customer rapport and leverage customer relationships and X-Rite value propositions, thereby moving opportunities to close.

WITHIN YOUR ROLE, YOU WILL:

  • Achieve annual Service Care Plan renewal sales goals established by the company in the assigned territory through strategic planning and tactical implementation.

  • Demonstrate effective value selling skills and product/service understanding to uncover customer needs to position an appropriate solution.

  • Engage customers via phone and email by providing quotations, cross-selling, up-selling, and minimizing discounting where possible.

  • Coordinate multiple sales opportunities and account management activities in SFDC.

  • Prepare and present a weekly funnel and QDIP review, using SFDC to apply funnel management to demonstrate the pace and status of Service Care Plan renewals, activity plans, and command of the account base.

  • Populate and maintain the highest standards of data integrity in Salesforce.com (SFDC).

  • Provide voice of sales customer input in corporate programs including market research and Kaizen events.

  • Proactively partner and communicate with lead generation, service inside sales, field sales, and other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and close business.

  • Proven interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal) for frequent contact with internal and external customers, as well as leadership.

  • Proven organizational and time management skills; ability to set priorities and work independently.

YOUR EDUCATION AND BACKGROUND EXPERIENCE WILL INCLUDE:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited college or equivalent business experience.

  • Proficiency in the use of PCs and software, including CRM databases. Salesforce experience preferred, but not required.
