Culligan Kaat’s Water Conditioning, Inc. Drinking Water Specialist Are you highly motivated, confident, and energetic? Do you have a positive attitude? Well, you may be what we’re looking for. Here at Kaat’s Water Conditioning, Inc. dba Culligan, we are continually growing and are in need of a Drinking Water Specialist at our Grand Rapids location. The individual would be expected to self-generate sales leads and help within the sales department. Specific Job Duties * Follow up on self-generated leads * Demonstrate the benefits of using Culligan’s drinking water services and equipment * Provide a daily schedule of self-generated lead activity to the sales manager * Accurately complete paperwork Benefits * Health, Vision and Dental Insurance * Paid Vacation & Holidays * Paid Sick and Personal Days * 401k + Employer Match Job Requirements Looking for an individual who has a positive attitude with customers and co-workers. The individual should be a self-starter and show initiative and intuition. Prior outside sales experience with a successful record of closing, and self-generating sales is a plus.
